Mumbai Indians have been rock solid in their campaign in WPL till now, winning a match against all the other teams convincingly. Opener Hayley Matthews has been the top scorer for the team with 168 runs,
while English all-rounder Nat Sciver-Brunt has scored 146 runs and has been dismissed only once in 4 innings. Harmanpreet Kaur has also stepped up whenever required and has managed 129 runs while opener
Yastika Bhatia has also gained form in the last two matches.

Slow left-arm bowler Saika Ishaque has been leading the MI bowling and is also currently the top wicket-taker of the season with 12 wickets to her name in 4 matches. Hayley Matthews has also registered 7 wickets
and is the 3rd highest wicket-taker in the tournament, while spinner Amelia Kerr has picked up 6 wickets.

Gujarat Giants on the other hand are in deep trouble, having won only 1 out of 4 matches till now. Laura Wolvaardt, who was brought in as Beth Moone’s replacement, failed to fire in the first match.
Moreover, she replaced Sophia Dunkley in the 11 who already has scored 78 runs in just 2 innings while striking at 200. Harleen Deol has been the most consistent and top-scoring batter for Gujarat Giants,
with 133 runs in 4 matches. The likes of Ashleigh Gardner and Wolvaardt along with Dayalan Hemalatha would have to step up to turn around things for Gujarat Giants.

The bowling has also been below par as they have managed the 2nd least wickets in the tournament till now amongst all teams. Kim Garth has been the top wicket-taker with 5 wickets in 3 matches,
but all of them came in a single match. Ashleigh Gardner has managed 4 wickets while Annabel Sutherland has registered 3 wickets.
